  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众销售有限责任公司大众品牌舆情监测及管理代理公司。敬请关注以下内容。

  1. 招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2013年1月1日前注册;

  1.2 公司规模:具备稳定核心团队30人及以上(以社保缴费记录为准),公司年营业额不低于2000万元人民币;

  1.3 服务经验:有汽车行业内舆情监测与处理、社会化平台运营等EPR服务经验,舆情监测、处理及社会化平台运营类工作年营业额500万元以上;

  1.4 公司专业素质:

  ·具有经验丰富的媒体监测服务团队、文案团队及社交平台运营团队;

  ·拥有国内主流汽车企业网络公关传播业务长期服务经验(直接服务汽车厂家或服务汽车厂家的代理公司均可);

  ·具备稳定而独立的单一客户媒体监测服务团队,团队需要包括充足而专业的数据监测、筛选人员和数据分析师;

  ·具备覆盖全媒体(平面、新闻网站、电波、APP、新闻尾翼、社交媒体等)的数据监测、筛选、分析、总结及报告制作能力;

  ·能提供国际或国内认可的智能语义分析系统,以及独立、稳定、流畅、能够定制化的客户端监测及数据输出平台(PC或APP),并能提供监测与处理结果大屏展示系统;

  ·熟悉社交平台传播、运营规律;

  ·具备粉丝沟通和管理能力;

  ·具备独立的社会化文案撰写、改编能力及分发传播能力。

  2. 招募须知:

  2.1签约后业务范围:舆情监测与舆情处理、内容中心(文案撰写、审核与发布,内容中心的账号运营,热点营销等)和社会化平台运营等。

  2.2商业机密?;ぃ喝粽心汲晒?,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。

  2.3 舆情监测及管理代理业务具有排他性,代理该业务的公司不能同时代理公关部其他业务,因此,请参与此次舆情监测及管理招标的公司勿参与公关部传播策略和活动代理公司业务及媒介传播业务招标。

  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

  3.2 申报表(请见附件)请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.4 公司核心团队人员情况:管理层和核心团队人员介绍,数据监测、筛选、分析, 文案,舆情处理,平台运营等专业人员介绍。(注:必须提供人员清单、简历及近半年政府部门签发的社保缴纳证明)。

  3.5 近5年服务客户情况:汽车行业主流汽车企业客户服务情况(服务时间、服务范围,合同金额)(请提供合同为证)。

  3.6 近3年项目作品:近3年完整的汽车行业内媒体监测服务、?;ぞ氪矸?、社会化平台运营等案例(项目清单及简介)。

  针对3.4-3.6,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在优盘里一并提供,时间以10分钟为限。

FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD VW Brand PR EPR Agency Recruitment Announcement

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd VW brand need to recruit a EPR agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: Before January 1st, 2013.

  1.2 Company scale:With 30 or more stable core team members (be subject to the proof of social security payments issued by the government),and the annual turnover is not less than RMB 20 million.

  1.3 Serving experience: More than 3 years’ service experience for media monitoring and social platform running in auto industry, with Over 5 million annual turnovers from this business unit.

  1.4 Company qualifications:

  ·With teams of media monitoring, copywriting and social platform running with rich relevant working experiences.

  ·With long-term experience of serving key automobile enterprises as EPR agency as the direct agency of in-house or other agencies.

  ·With stable and independent media monitoring team serving single client, and there are enough and professional data monitoring, screening personnel and professional data analyst in the team.

  ·Ability to monitor, select and analyze data covering the whole media (newspaper, news website, radio, APP, comment area, social media etc.).

  ·With Intelligent semantic analysis system with national and international recognition, and an independent, stable, smooth and customized platform for client monitoring and data output (PC or APP), and able to provide the showing screen system of monitoring and outcome.

  ·Familiar with social communication and running rules.

  ·Able to communicate with and managing fans effectively.

  ·Able to write the social articles, rewriting and distribute communication independently.

  2. Recruitment notice:

  2.1 Business scope after signing contract: Social listening and issue

  management, content center (article and video creating, checking and releasing,  content center’s accounts running, and central issue marketing, etc.) and social platform running.

  2.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co. Ltd.

  2.3 The EPR business is exclusive. The agent cannot do EPR business and other business at the same time. So, the agent planning to bid for EPR business please do not participate in PR strategy and activity management business and PR media communication services bidding.

  3. Required Documents:

  3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc.

  3.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative’s signature.

  3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and agent (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information).

  3.4 Company’s core team structure and personnel: introduction of top management members and core team members, which include professional personnel in field of data monitoring, screening and data analysis, and copywriting, crisis management and social platform running. Remark: member list, CV and the proof of social security payments of recent half year issued by the government are needed.

  3.5 In recent 5 years client service status: The experience of serving key motor enterprise in China (service time, service scope, amount on contract). Please provide contracts as proof.

  3.6 Projects in recent 3 years: complete media monitoring proposal, successful crisis early warning proposal and social platform running cases (number, detailed list and introduction).

  As for 3.4-3.5, except paper copies, please provide 10 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.

  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of application.

  About all the above documents, please provide Chinese and English Version as far as possible. The video must have English remark.
